Oil Rigs Now, LLC (ORN) is an independent commercial brokerage and marketing company headquartered in Houston, Texas. We work as the commercial bridge between equipment suppliers and qualified buyers in the global drilling industry.
ORN consults on the sale and sourcing of new and used land drilling rigs, mobile drilling rigs, mobile and workover rigs, offshore rigs and vessels, and oilfield equipment from suppliers across the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. We also assist in placing drilling rig equipment and parts, tubular goods, oil and gas production equipment, oilfield tanks, and oil field services.
For buyers, we help structure financing introductions where appropriate. For suppliers, we provide promotion, buyer sourcing, transaction coordination, and commercial documentation support.

Documentation Support
NCNDAs, LOIs, MSAs, asset purchase agreements, and bills of sale — we coordinate the commercial paperwork that closes deals.

Michael started his career in oil and gas exploration in 1975 with Phillips Petroleum in Oklahoma. He went on to work for several companies including BP/Sohio, Marathon Oil, and Apache Corp. on oil and gas exploration and development projects around the world — participating in many new oil and gas discoveries on projects in over 50 countries.
In 2001, Michael moved into consulting and private enterprise. Oil Rigs Now was formed in 2011 with a clear mission: build a “go-to” destination for buying or selling high-quality oil drilling rigs and related equipment.
That mission still guides everything we do today.
